National Risk Manager, East London, Eastern Cape. NATIONAL RISK MANAGER – This position will be based in East London. Extensive travel will be required nationwide.The purpose of the role is to proactively manage risk within the Company. Achievements to-date to be listed on your CV application.

Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Minimum requirement Bcom degree (Preferred). Retail Operations qualification will be an advantage. Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity as an Operations Manager in a clothing retail environment.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.

Competencies: Ability to work independently but also manage a team. Methodical/Practical/Analytical thinking. Big picture orientated. Assertive, Decisive, Strong Character. Attention to detail. Honest/Reliable. Solid numerical and analytical skills. Ability to implement new initiatives and control measures within the business.

Key Accountabilities: Internal Audit. Loss prevention. Personnel, Identify Risk and evaluate controls, Undertakings, MIE, Credit Check, Criminal check, Fraud check.
