Are you passionate about ensuring seamless property inspections and client satisfaction? Flyhomes, a leading name in property management, is seeking a dedicated inspection manager to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview: As an Inspection Manager at Flyhomes, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating property inspections across our diverse portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling inspections & open homes.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule property inspections efficiently. Oversee inspection reports and ensure accuracy and completeness. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service. Uphold Flyhomes' reputation for professionalism and quality in property management. Schedule and conduct open homes. Complete open home feedback and inquiry calls. Conduct entry and exit condition reports where required. Participate in out-of-office activities. Provide routine inspection relief.

Requirements: Proven experience in property management or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in property management is preferred. Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.
