About the Role: Supported by a full-time dedicated assistant, who has also been with the business for 10+ years & can cover annual/sick leave and busy periods, this role would suit an experienced commercial property manager who is looking for stability, financial security, support, and a leadership team that creates an environment of trust, flexibility, and team focus. Mixed-use portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. Budget preparation, financials, and monthly reporting

Leasing management, inspections, and reviews. Contracts, maintenance, rent arrears & lease administration. Nurturing long-standing relationships with owners/tenants. Criteria.

To be considered for this position, the successful applicant will have the following: Previous commercial property management experience. Strong customer service focus to nurture existing relationships. Team focus. Clean driver's license & reliable vehicle.
