Job tasks and responsibilities: Wanted: A skilful individual with a genuine passion for Property Management, a strong desire to develop long term relationships with both landlords and tenants, and a willingness to work as part of a supportive team.

The Role: This position will see you sharing the managing of the rent roll assisted by an experienced and fantastic team.

Your duties will include but not be limited to: Signing of leases with tenants. Repairs and maintenance. Ingoing, vacating & general inspections. Assisting with maintaining already low arrears rate. Communication with landlords and Tenants

Skills and experience: The successful candidate will ideally have had previous experience or currently a Property Officer or Property Manager in a Real Estate business that has provided them with a wide range of experiences to deal with the range of challenges that present themselves daily in Property Management. Although we will consider no industry experience.

They will also desirably have: Previous experience using software manager Console and be fully computer savvy. Have a strong knowledge of the Act and hold current real estate licence or certificate, or or be able to obtain before commencing. Be organised and have great time management skills. Have multi- tasking skills and also focus on attention to detail. Will place great emphasis on sound follow up procedures. Be both patient and personable when assisting staff & clients. Have a willingness and an eagerness to follow systems and procedures. Have impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a mature approach and attitude when dealing with conflict. Driver's licence and own car

Job benefits and perks: Under normal conditions you will need to work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm and will also need to alternate every third/fourth share of Saturday work - hours will be 9-12 noon.
