Sales Supervisor – Retail, Hobby JR. Location: Burnaby, BC. Salary: $28.00 hourly / 30 hours per week. Full-time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages: English. Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
