Bakery Supervisor, Mundy Park Bakery. Location: Coquitlam, BC. Salary: 18.50 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Flexible Hours. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 1 to less than 7 months. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes; and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food. Prepare special orders. Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff. Draw up production schedules. Train staff. Schedule staff. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Organize and maintain inventory. Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.
