ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager - Cybersecurity to lead a critical Cybersecurity Program. This role will oversee the implementation of ICT and cybersecurity tools and services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing security resilience across the sector.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Lead and manage the Cybersecurity Program, ensuring strategic alignment. Develop and maintain program plans, governance frameworks, and transition strategies. Oversee the full cybersecurity project lifecycle, from planning to operational handover. Manage resource planning, budgeting, and funding models to ensure financial accountability. Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, tracking dependencies and mitigation strategies. Supervise third-party service providers for successful security tool implementation. Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, project sponsors, and governance authorities. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices, policies, and industry regulations. Provide regular updates and reports to relevant departments and leadership teams. Lead project closure activities, including post-implementation reviews (PIRs) and final reporting.

MORE ABOUT YOU: 5+ years of program management experience with a proven track record in cybersecurity projects. Expertise in managing complex ICT environments, preferably within the government. Strong leadership experience in multi-functional teams, including business analysis, architecture (security, data, infrastructure), development, and testing.

Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management, including system security plans. Protective Data Security Plans. Security Risk Profile Assessments. Ethical Penetration Testing Scoping. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and steering committees. Ability to manage budgets, funding agreements, and financial acquittals.
