Experience Required: Relevant Degree/Diploma in Corporate Law/Company Secretary or related discipline, Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Corporate Affairs Manager/Legal Manager/Company Secretary role, preferably in an high impact aviation environment, Corporate management background i.e. Governance and Finance
Must have a strong business background and be able to deal with: management accounting (ability to analyze management accounts), business modeling, contract negotiation, cost management, performance management, Knowledge of airline operations and associated costs, Conflict resolution and ability to identify opportunities
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Objectives – Profitability, Corporate Standards objectives, Shareholder Engagement, Management Reporting, Risk Management and Due Diligence, Asset Management
Skills Required: Knowledge of Microsoft office, Analytical skills, Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Personality: Ability to communicate with and relate to people at all levels, Highly motivated and enthusiastic, Team worker, Conflict resolution and identifying opportunities.
