Retail Sales Assistant (Casual Positions Available). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our retail sales team in Glenbrook at The Little Sparrow. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with exhibited retail sales skills reinforced by their experience and practice within the retail industry.

Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales services. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Ascertain customers’ needs and wants. Welcome and greet customers. Manage point-of-sale processes. Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments. Keep up to date with product information. Accurately describe product features and benefits. Follow all company policies and procedures. Proficient computer skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate: prior experience in a customer relationship role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High organisational skills. Strong ability to collaborate with team members. Positive attitude. Trustworthy and reliable personality. Well presented.
