In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting and diverse communication activities that support our core organisational objectives and build our brand. You'll play a key role in delivering a major marketing communications campaign for a new digital training academy while also contributing to internal and external communications that align with St. John of God Health Care's values. The Position: Lead communication plans that engage and inspire stakeholders to drive awareness, foster engagement, and support change initiatives across a wide range of channels (town halls, social media, emails, intranet articles, video messages, and more). Shape and execute creative content for campaigns, ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms, from print materials to digital media.

Collaborate with key hospital and service caregivers to fine-tune messaging and ensure it resonates with diverse audiences. Track, monitor, and report on campaign performance to assess impact and optimise future communication activities. Write clear and compelling content for a variety of formats, contributing to the editorial pipeline and helping to maintain our strong brand narrative. Champion our mission and values, using storytelling to engage both internal and external stakeholders, building trust and awareness.

Drive the successful launch of a new digital training academy through an engaging and effective marketing communications campaign. You are a seasoned communications professional with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. You will have 3+ years experience in communication planning and execution, preferably within large, complex organisations. You will be skilled at writing for different media, from social channels to executive emails, and have a good understanding of how to effectively manage and execute communication strategies across diverse platforms. Additionally, you are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, has exceptional communication skills, and can craft messages that truly resonate with your audience. To succeed, a tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field is required. We can offer you Salary: $103,414 to $113,119 per annum plus 11.5% Superannuation. Twelve-month (12) fixed-term position working 76 hours a fortnight. Located at Perth CBD or Melbourne CBD office. 40% work from home option. Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses, as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as: Novated leasing, work-related expenses, self-education and additional superannuation.
