Client Service Store Coordinator, Brackenfell, Northern Suburbs. Our client is a leading service provider in the retail warehousing and logistics environment. They are currently recruiting for an Client Service Store.

Coordination with the following experience: 3-5 years’ experience in any Services environment; retail or manufacturing industry is desirable. Experience in the Retail and/or Supply Chain environment is a requirement. Any analytical background will be an added advantage. Driver’s license and actively driving for more than a year.

The Client Services Store Co-ordinator will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The CS Store Co-ordinator must be actively involved in resolving clients’ issues, troubleshooting problems, assist in resolving complaints, follow up and ensure correct process are followed at stores and provide training in line with SOP’s.

The CS Co-ordinator is expected to understand and satisfy the clients' requirements and exceed their expectations where possible with a hands-on attitude.

Duties: General administration and customer account processing and reconciliations (query resolution process). Conducting Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly stock counts at stores. Conducting Visits/Scheduled calls and providing feedback to the relevant stores and staff (if applicable). Investigation and resolving incorrect equipment balances. Investigate and resolve queries from the business & stores. Chase responses on Health Check queries (if applicable). Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting – Client- & Internal Reporting on stores visited. Logging of necessary activities and Service Requests.

Logging Collection / Return orders when needed. Log necessary escalations to the business on any store-related matters. Maintaining a strong relationship with the client through query resolution and proactive identification of potential issues. Attend meetings if required. Compiling and Presenting Key Performance Indicator reporting for Client & Manager.

Key accountabilities: unique contribution this role makes to the organisation: Store visits and -training in line with SOP’s and equipment handling to support effective controlling of equipment. Investigate and resolve queries from the business & stores. Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting – Stores- & Internal Reporting. Log necessary escalations to the business. Compiling and Presenting Key Performance Indicator reporting for Client & Manager.

Essential Qualifications: Matric + Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting. Valid driver’s license. Further requirements: Own motor vehicle – GLS will compensate running cost.
