Responsibilities: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Perform the same duties as workers supervised. Prepare and submit reports. Co-ordinate, assign, and review work. Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Requisition materials and supplies. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Train or assist in the training of other workers. Take, cancel, and change room reservations. Receive and record bookings for package tours. Provide information on hotel facilities and services. Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel, and points of interest. Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations. Assist clients with check-in procedures for accommodation and/or transportation. Supervision. 3-4 people.
