Center Director, Nominated Supervisor, Westcare Early Learning Centre. Port Adelaide, Adelaide SA. Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training). Full time. $90,000 p/a + annual bonus based on performance.

About our Center: Westcare Early Learning Centre is a family-owned business that offers quality care in the Early Childhood Sector. Based on Montessori environments, our teaching practices aim to enrich the strengths of our children and foster their natural curiosity for playing and learning, allowing a flexible approach and a willingness to embrace the Montessori Philosophy.

Our center is a purpose-built modern center which has a capacity for up to 100 children per day, from ages 6 weeks to 6 years of age, across 5 rooms. As a long-day care center, we are open from 6:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday, closing only on Public Holidays. We are now looking for a highly motivated, experienced center Director to join our team.

Your Role: As a part of the Leadership team, you will be reporting to the Area manager. Managing day-to day operations in accordance with legislative requirements and company policies. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our dedicated team of Educators. Put children and families first and ensure they have the best possible service. Ensuring the center is well maintained. Effectively handling the centerfinancial requirements in line with budget guidelines.

Managing staffing rosters. Actively participating in attracting, converting and retaining families through management of tours, enrolments and orientations. Establish strong relationships with the children, families, Educators, community and stakeholders.

Requirements: Hold a diploma in children's services. I had previous experience as a center director. Hold current first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications. Hold a current working with children's check and National police check. Have extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards (NQS) and Quality improvement plan (QIP). Are willing to learn or understand XPLOR operating system. Have excellent organisation skills. Have the ability to contribute to a harmonious, professional and positive work culture.
