Education College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Experience 1 year to less than 2 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. Responsibilities: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Authorize the return of merchandise. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Manage cash. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision. 3-4 people.
