Production Supervisor in Food Manufacturing, Location, Other, Northern Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time
We are a small niche food factory based in Montague Gardens, Cape Town and have been supplying retail for the past 20 years.
We are looking for a candidate with the following and nothing less: Matriculated. Minimum 3 years experience in Food production at supervisory level (Knowledge of Japanese Cuisine especially sushi would be an advantage). A confident hands on person with leadership qualities whom works well with a team and can assert themselves where necessary. Have An Understanding of HACCP. Age 26-38. Able to work 6 days a week, shifts. 7.00 am- 4.00pm (Weekends are a prerequisite). Work in a drop temperature environment.
