Due to our continued fast growth, we are in search of a customer service/administration professional to join our current team at our head office/warehouse located in Unanderra (Wollongong) and our brand new state-of-the-art head office/showroom currently under construction. A perfect opportunity to hit the ground running before we move to our new location in the Wollongong region. The Role: Educating & selling flooring packages from Engineered Timber, Laminate, & Hybrid floor covering options to new and existing customers. (Training provided). Handling trade inquiries for trade supplies. (Training provided). Customer service (phones, emails, & social media inquiries). Effectively handling customer accounts & closing sales. Delivering excellent customer service. Administering quotations, invoicing, & customer work orders. Assisting the day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Packing & sending online orders & flooring samples. Ensuring showroom displays are well presented at all times. Assisting with any warehouse duties.
Our Requirements: Previous experience in sales or face-to-face customer service. Have high attention to detail, be mature and responsible, and have excellent communication skills. Be confident, well-groomed, and have excellent interpersonal skills. An eye for colour, design, and interior decoration. Ability to work in a team & independently. Strong computer and administration skills. Ability to learn quickly. Possess a valid driver’s license. Juniors are welcome to apply.
