Swimming Pool Plumber/ Builder. About the business and the role. Grange Pools is a privately-owned swimming pool construction company, based on the Mornington Peninsula, building concrete pools across Melbourne and surrounding areas. We are well known in the industry working with high end Landscape Architects and Designers, delivering bespoke concrete swimming pools.

We are seeking a full-time Pool Plumber/Builder. In this position you will report to the Director and Construction Supervisor and are responsible for completing daily labour tasks onsite during the construction process, and assisting in managing trades. This job is ideal to someone who has experience in the construction and swimming pool industry. This position also offers the right candidate growth within Grange Pools to develop their skills and become a Construction Supervisor and beyond.

Job description: The successful candidate will be required complete onsite labour tasks, and assist the Construction Supervisor where needed to liaise with and supervise trades (including but not limited to excavator operators, steel fixers, concretors, plumbers, tilers etc) to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner. Swimming Pool construction experience is essential.

Tasks / Responsibilities: Pool Plumbing. Installation and set up of pool equipment. General onsite labour tasks (digging, site cleans, acid washing, use of tools and equipment). Collecting materials and delivering to site. Organising of materials. Assisting the Construction Supervisor with organising and management of jobs.

Skills / Experience: Valid Drivers' Licence. Pool Plumbing experience essential. Punctual, polite and well presented. Physically fit as manual labour is required. Eagerness to learn new skills. Works well under pressure to meet deadlines. Participates and works well in a team-based environment. Positive and outgoing personality.
