General Maintenance Assistant &Pool Cleaner, Urgent Location: City Centre, Cape Town, Job Type: Full-Time. We are a 25 bedroom guest house looking for a Maintenance Assistant.

This is a Your responsibilities will be: Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with property upkeep and general maintenance. Basic maintenance including painting, tiling, plumbing, general DIY. Assist with supervision of annual services of air conditioners etc. Responsible for cleaning all pools and Jacuzzis. Work closely with the housekeeping team. Supervise check up and assist the housekeepers to make sure all outdoor areas are up to specifications. You must have computer skills, supervison skills, and general DIY and or Technical ability.

You MUST include your Salary Expectations. You must be able to work weekends and Holidays.
