The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales consultant to join our team in Emu Plains. This is our head office, and we have three fully furnished exhibition homes on display. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, helping them design their homes and plan their owner-building journey. This is a long-term position, ideal for someone ready to build strong client relationships and guide customers through a highly rewarding process.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with clients over extended sales cycles. Customise home designs using our in-house CAD software (training provided). Prepare detailed written proposals for client projects. Guide clients through planning and compliance requirements, including council approvals, bushfire and wind ratings, and energy efficiency standards. Work independently while seeking support when needed.

About You: Experience in residential housing or related industries (ideal but not essential). Knowledge or experience in owner-building is highly valued. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Effective lead-qualifying and time-management skills. Independent, proactive, and able to manage complex projects. Computer literate, with a willingness to learn new tools (e.g., CAD software). Ready to commit to a long-term role with significant growth potential. Willing to work every second weekend (with Thursday and Friday off in lieu).
