Transportation Manager, Maritime Steamship Assistants Inc. Location Richmond, BC. Salary 58.00 hourly / 40 hours per week. Full time. Starts as soon as possible. Languages English. Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Experience 3 years to less than 5 years. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Ensure transport compliance with regulations. Establish and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods. Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue. Administer policy changes. Review programs and policies to ensure conformance with regulations. Participate in safety audits and programs. Participate in training of other workers. Arrange for ground transportation. Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection. Participate in recruitment events. Enforce government acts and regulations.
