About the Role: This role is responsible for working in partnership with design teams to develop products from initial concept to delivery.

Main responsibilities: planning and tracking project steps to achieve key milestones. Assisting the design team in the development of new products per development calendar; facilitating design meetings; helping to communicate action plans; reporting status to senior management; and helping to identify risks and provide solutions to problems. Partnering with the studio managers and marketing and design leaders to ensure key milestones are met. Recommending methods to reduce development lead time and troubleshoot off-track projects. Communicating changes and updates to key stakeholders. Maintaining management reports and ensuring data integrity

About You: 3+ years’ experience in a similar role. Product experience in one or more of the following industries: toys, fashion, consumer goods/FMCG, video games. A working knowledge of the product development process. Strong understanding of project management principles and Agile development methodologies. Proficient in MS Excel and Project. Clear analytical thinking and ability to get to the heart of problems and issues. Able to adapt and respond to change in a fast-paced environment.

Strong experience working with key stakeholders. Tertiary qualified in a relevant field.
