Work skills & Details: Experience in the hard core interior designing with an impressive portfolio Candidate with UAE experience are preferred and must be available in UAE for interview Ability to handle complete fit-out projects from initial concept design until project execution & completion at the site Ability to create concepts and designs as an individual Ability to build suitable Mood board & Material boards Ability to meet client & accelerate client requirements into workable/creative ideas Ability & experience in preparing project BOQ – Experience in joinery finishes & production quality surveying Experienced in 3D modeling & rendering (3Ds Max or Sketch up) High experience in AutoCAD drawings / detailed shop drawings & good understanding in other Civil & MEP works Good understanding of Governmental Authorities Submission/Approval in UAE Self-motivated & Multi-tasking individual who uses skills to accomplish goals
