Responsibilities: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc. Train staff. Train other workers. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage training and development strategies. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Compile data, statistics and other information. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Recruit and hire staff. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
