We are a well-established Auto Electrical business in the Erskine Park area that has a fantastic reputation. We are currently looking for a Service assistant or advisor to start immediately. In this full-time position, you will be working from our Erskine Park-based workshop.

Role responsibilities: Assisting the Service Managers in daily operations and workflow management. Assist and liaise with customers regarding their vehicles. Parts and inventory management for stock and jobs. Liaise with service technicians and service advisors to assist with customer technical enquiries and to ensure timely and high-quality work. Scheduling jobs, estimating jobs, and invoicing jobs.

As such, to succeed in the position, you will need to have: Extensive experience in a Service Assistant Role or something similar. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Auto Electrical/Mechanical background preferred but not required. Heavy vehicle experience. Reliable and hardworking. Commitment to deliver exceptional customer service skills. Self-motivated, work independently, great time management and organizational skills. We also offer great wages and fantastic working conditions.
