THE OPPORTUNITY AND WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Without doubt, Commercial Property is where its all happening.  We are looking for a senior Commercial Property Manager with a superior track record in managing a property portfolio, one who holds a true passion for property and real estate. 

You’re a trusted performer on a wide range of client-facing property operations requirements and service delivery imperatives, and are committed to flawless execution. You have the ability to think strategically, whilst you oversee a portfolio of commercial properties and still be proactive in your daily approach.

A SNIPPET IN A DAY IN THE LIFE: Organise property repairs and maintenance. Property inspections and reports – commencing, exiting and routine. Regular liaison with owner and tenants, ensuring expectation are being achieved. Liaise and meet with existing clients. Insurance claims processing and following through. Provide advice to property owners and tenants on preventative and planned maintenance. Coordination of lease documents.
