We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a bubble tea Kiosk Manager. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bubble tea store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and driving sales. The store is situated in Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch.

Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the bubble tea store's operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, cash handling and performing duties as a cashier and barista when required. Ensure the highest level of customer service by providing prompt and friendly service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of bubble tea baristas, setting performance goals, providing ongoing feedback, and scheduling shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels.

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, buy inventory, and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, sanitation standards, and company policies at all times.

Requirements: Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bubble tea store or similar establishment. Must have contactable references. Passion for bubble tea and a strong knowledge of different flavors, ingredients, and preparation methods.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets. Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
