Kennedy Digital is recruiting for a digital marketing specialist to join a small, growing team of digital marketing enthusiasts. We specialize in delivering best-in-class digital marketing strategies for our clients with a focus on Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising. To help build the internal culture, we operate in the office together 3 days per week, allowing you 2 days WFH when you need to knuckle down and get sh*it done.

What you'll do: Optimise Google Ads campaigns across multiple channels including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Optimize social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Ensure all campaigns are being delivered on time and achieving agreed KPIs. Identify and communicate new channels and optimization opportunities to clients. Collate,analyzee, and produce insightful reports for all digital marketing campaigns. Use report statistics to influence best-outcome digital activity for future campaigns.

What you'll need: An understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Be a positive, proactive, and a team player. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent project management. A data-driven approach to Ad analysis.
