We have an exciting opportunity for motivated physiotherapists/OTs to join our residential teams on a permanent, full-time basis.
As an active member of our Allied Health team, you will be working within the residential settings and carrying out comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and delivery wellness programs. You will be working with physiotherapists and other professionals to provide rehabilitation, pain management, falls prevention, group exercise classes, and wellness programs.
The successful candidate will possess assessment and treatment skills in a wide range of chronic and ageing conditions. Ability to develop and manage wellness programs. Experience with Falls Prevention Programs. Experience with delivering group exercise classes. A motivated and enthusiastic attitude to excellence in care. Experience working in a residential aged care setting is a big plus. A quick learner and excellent team player.
Essential Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy/OT and current registration with AHPRA or be eligible for registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Empathetic, caring, and compassionate nature. Open-minded and flexible. Police check and required vaccination if applicable.
Big Plus: Bilingual—English and Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese)—to serve our cultural clusters at our homes. Non-Bilingual candidates are also welcome to apply.
