Full-time/part-time receptionist/dental assistant position. Evans Prosthodontics and Confidence Hearing are looking for a full-time/part-time   receptionist/dental assistant to join our team. We are a young, vibrant team consisting of one Prosthodontists, one Hygienist two dental Dental Assistants and one Audiologist looking for one additional team member who is looking for a change in their career. Our state-of-the-art designed rooms are located in Bay Street Brighton.  Public transport is just a 5-minute walk, or parking is available. There are many cafes and restaurants to mix up your lunchtime routine, along with being close to Brighton Beach.

Daily tasks: Managing the reception desk. Answering patient telephone calls. Scheduling appointments. Liaising with staff, lab technicians, referring practices and dental representatives. Sending patient correspondence. Actioning patient referrals. Actioning emails. Daily banking. Environmental cleaning of the office and compliance with our COVID-19 safety plan. Ordering of stationary and office supplies. Working chairside with our prosthodontists. Assisting with instrument processing and stock management when required.

Personal skills—desirable: Sound dental knowledge to assist with telephone enquiries. Knowledge of Dental Prosthodontic procedures. Knowledge of Dental / Medical Software. Sound IT and technical skills. Any further training and support will be provided from our experienced, friendly staff.

Remuneration will be determined by experience.
