About the Role: As the State Retail Manager, you’ll develop and execute recruitment strategies, build and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure each of our 13 stores meets our quality and customer service standards. You’ll work closely with our National Operations Manager to identify growth opportunities, optimize revenue, and maintain an engaged, cohesive retail workforce. You’ll also play a key role in loss prevention, in-store marketing, and future expansion.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the presentation and smooth running of 13 stores. Develop recruitment strategies, assess talent, and recommend hires. Train, coach, and support retail staff to achieve their best. Monitor and report on performance and revenue, tackling issues proactively. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high store standards. Roll out and oversee marketing, product, and brand initiatives.

What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing multi-location retail operations. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, results-oriented approach. Excellent communication abilities with all levels, from staff to customers. Analytical mindset to evaluate data, improve processes, and drive growth. Valid Australian driver’s license (required).
