Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating with ELITETECH Management & Leadership to execute Energy, Oil & Gas business development & sales and contribute to achieve company financial targets and team results and success.- Contributing to the ELITETECH way of Sales & Business Development within the Oil & Gas market sector- Supporting execution of Account Management Strategies and sales growth with key account targets- Innovate and integrate ELITETECH offerings based on customer and market needs- Selling solutions/products and services into to Oil and Gas Market sector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:- Responsible for attaining quarterly, bi-annually and yearly Oil & Gas sales individual targets- Day-to-day sales activities of the Oil & Gas sector- Marketing and lead generation activities- Sales process, large proposal process, and capture strategies for key opportunities- Reporting, including sales pipeline opportunity targets- Identify new sales and expansion opportunities- Support to grow the ELITETECH brand across the UAE Oil & Gas market sector- Manage and develop executive relationships with prospective clients- Must be a self-starter, resourceful, and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks at any given timeRequired Qualifications:- Minimum Bachelors degree Electrical, Computer Sciences or related discipline- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in Sales and/or professional consulting services in the Oil & Gas Industry OR- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Selling ICT solutions for Oil and Gas market sector- Professional Selling Skills (Huawei End-to-End Products/Solutions for Oil & Gas)- Ability to close deal from lead generation to account management for highly complex and long-term contracts- Excellent communications skills- Must be willing to travel domestic 70%, or more, travel time expected across UAE.
