Cullen Wines is a family business and producer of authentic, sustainable, biodynamic, carbon-neutral wines based in the Wilyabrup subregion of the Margaret River. We are looking for suitable applicants to fill the above roles (COO and CFO).

The role reports to and supports the Managing Director and is responsible for operations, systems, finance, and accounting of the company, including contractual and legal matters, insurance, budgets, cash flow requirements, HR requirements, management information, and IT systems.

The successful applicant will join the group’s executive committee and will attend company board meetings and act as company secretary.

Key requirements include formal accounting qualification, either CA, CPA, or CIMA. Significant experience in a similar position is desirable. Competent use of financial software with experience using Ezywine being beneficial. Ability to communicate effectively and build good working relationships internally and externally. Interest in sustainability and moving to carbon zero as a business.
