Skin Angel, a well-respected and renowned skin health clinic located in the prestigious location of Armadale's High Street, is seeking an exceptional clinic receptionist and administrative assistant to join it's team. Established in 2016, our commitment to the well-being of skin has earned us a reputation as a foremost authority in delivering exceptional care with attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this exciting opportunity will possess exceptional customer service skills, be highly motivated, and be well-organised. Join us in our mission to further our expansion and set the bar for excellence in our field.

Responsibilities: Managing the front desk and answering phone inquiries with professionalism. Scheduling appointments and managing client records. Performing routine administrative tasks, including invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping. Assisting the director with ad hoc tasks as needed. Maintaining a clean and organised front desk and clinic environment. Representing Skin Angel with a friendly and welcoming demeanour at all times.

Qualifications and Skills: A passion for skin health and a client-first approach that aligns with the Skin Angel. Confident, proactive attitude. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Friendly and professional demeanour. Detail-oriented and reliable. An ethical and genuine approach to all aspects of our business. A willingness to continuously learn and embrace guidance.
