Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Manage billings and medicare claims. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare professionals, and support staff. Handle inquiries and provide information about radiology services with professionalism. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area. Be willing to participate in housekeeping duties.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist in a healthcare setting. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage. Proficient in using medical practice management software.
