JOB REQUIREMENTS: What clinical skills will you require or have a keen interest in? Orthopaedic post-OP rehab. Musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries. Sporting injuries + return to play rehab. Safe and effective exercise prescription. Dry needling.

BONUS CLINICAL SKILLS: It would be excellent if the applicant had additional experience / interest in: Neuro rehab. Pilates. Vestibular physiotherapy. Cardiorespiratory physiotherapy. You will be goal-oriented and motivated to expand your clientele list through working towards clinical excellence indicators and regularly participating in marketing opportunities such as community presentations, talks to GP’s and specialists and blog posts for social media platforms.

You will be registered with AHPRA and a current certificate of insurance at the time of employment commencement.

This position will be split across two of our clinics: Gympie and Noosa. DEC ‘24 / JAN ’25: 2 days @ Gympie + 1 day @ Noosa = 3 days total. FEB '25: 2 days @ Gympie + 1 day @ Noosa = 3 days total. MAR '25 + ongoing: 3 days @ Gympie + 1 day @ Noosa = 4 days total. There may be some flexibility with this split of days and hours.

This position is covering an established list as one of our beloved physios is going on MAT leave as of April ‘25. She will be gradually reducing her days from December '24, hence the graduated increase in days as above. In terms of her MAT leave period, that has not been agreed on at this stage; however, her return to work will be limited and very gradual so this is a permanent part-time position and not just a MAT leave position.
