About the role: As our new full-time physiotherapist, you’ll benefit from the Structured Mentorship Program. Receive personalised guidance from our experienced principal physiotherapist, including regular one-on-one mentoring, case reviews, and tailored development plans. Weekly sessions that focus on upskilling your manual therapy techniques, strengthening clinical reasoning, and building confidence in your practice.
Collaborative Learning: Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions designed to refine your skills and provide ongoing support.

What we are looking for:
Qualifications: A bachelor's or master's degree in physiotherapy. Be an APA member. Be SIRA registered as a physiotherapist.
Skills: Great interpersonal skills; you have the ability to gel with our patients, collaborate with your team members, and thrive in an actively growing business. A hands-on approach to your work, with a willingness to learn manual therapy & exercise rehabilitation skills. Good clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Attitude: Have a strong desire to excel in private practice. Be eager to take on new and exciting challenges. Be committed to professional development.
Your responsibilities will include:
Clinical Expertise: Provide high-quality physiotherapy services and personalised treatment plans to patients with sports, musculoskeletal injuries, and a range of other conditions. Utilise manual therapy and exercise prescriptions to help patients achieve their goals. Educate patients on injury prevention, health, and self-management. Maintain accurate patient records per professional and clinical standards.
Teamwork: Fostering a vibrant and supportive team culture where laughter and banter are encouraged. Other general duties in the practice as part of the team.
Professional development: Continuously seek opportunities for clinical knowledge and skill development.
Participate in educational in-services and preparation of posts and blogs for review and posting.
