The Role: We are looking for an experienced Abrasive Blaster & Painter to join our team based from Latrobe in an ongoing casual capacity with potential for full-time employment. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in working autonomously and has the ability to take ownership of a mobile blasting and painting unit under limited supervision. You’ll be responsible for overseeing onsite operations, ensuring quality results, and upholding our high safety standards.

Responsibilities: Operate sandblasting and painting equipment on various project and client sites. Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all work. Conduct pre- and post-work inspections to meet safety and quality standards. Take ownership of a mobile unit, including equipment upkeep and job preparation. Follow safety protocols and adhere to company- and site-specific WHS standards at all times.

Requirements: Proven experience in industrial sandblasting and painting. Valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious approach. Ability to work independently and manage a mobile unit effectively. Physical stamina and resilience to perform manual tasks.
