The role will include: adherence to RACGP Accreditation Standards, multitasking administration duties (including telephone, scanning and emails); support management and clinical staff; having the ability to positively support team members, showing empathy and support to our patients, time management ability; and reception duties, including Tyro and BP medical software.
Essential criteria: CPR course-or willing to do in the next 6 months. Up to date with NSW health immunisations , including Covid 19, advanced Microsoft Office, scanning and advanced typing skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Criteria: Medical reception experience or customer-facing previous position
A Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical) or equivalent qualification or willing to work towards.
Best Practice experience: involvement with quality improvement activities, commitment to ongoing education. Preference will be given to applicants residing in North West Sydney or within 20-minute drive to the practice.
