Our new graduate Speech Pathologist program is now open for applicants from the West Brisbane region. We have opportunities to begin your career in community care with our fully supported new graduate program commencing in 2025. The Gen Physio Speech New Graduate program supports you in gaining an insight into a diverse range of care; from assessment and early intervention with children & adults, assistive technology, online health options and so much more, we love supporting our Clinicians to find their areas of interest!

Key New Graduate Program Offerings at Gen Physio: Base Salary: $85,000. Package incl. 11.5% super: $94,775. Supervision & Team Meetings.

Supervision: 1:1 weekly Supervision with our in-house experienced team of Speech Pathology Supervisors for as long as you need whilst you get settled into your role—support in your caseload each step of the way. Team discipline-specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio Speech team to support you through complex cases and group learning opportunities with industry-leading professionals.

Regular skills assessments to gradually build your caseload based on your learning/interests

MDT catch ups with your team of fellow Speechies, OTs, Physios, PODs, Dietitians, and Exercise Physiologists.

Additional Benefits: Flexible working—if its full-time/part-time/9-day fortnight/early finish Fridays—let's make it work for you! $8,000 annual vehicle allowance (paid each fortnight). $2,000 professional development allowance + 3 days study leave. Birthday leave—enjoy your special day on us!

Work from home for report writing with built-in admin time. Starter kit: we supply laptop and mobile phone and fund any discipline-related expenses for a smooth setup based on what is best for your clients.

Bonus opportunities to earn more post-graduate program: once you are confident to take on a full caseload, enjoy the perks of our KPI bonus program, based on 22.5 billable hours per week

What we need you to have upon graduation: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and SPA registration. National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain). Public Indemnity (PI). Insurance with a minimum of $10 million cover (or willing to obtain). NDIS workers screening (or willing to obtain). Current driver's license. Working with children check (or willing to obtain). Ability to legally work in Australia.
