We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Boutique Manager to lead their team. This pivotal role requires a passion for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. As the Boutique Manager, you will drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and ensure that the boutique embodies the brand’s ethos.

Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a dedicated team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise profitability and elevate brand presence. Create a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.

Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and product placement to maintain the boutique's aesthetic. Act as the brand ambassador, promoting its values and building community engagement.

We Are Looking For: Experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion industry. Strong leadership skills with a history of inspiring and developing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A natural interest in fashion with an understanding of current trends and styles. Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
