About the Position: As a property manager, you will manage a portfolio supported by innovative, tech-savvy systems that allow you to focus on building relationships rather than handling mundane tasks. In this fluid and FIFO role, you'll embrace flexibility in handling responsibilities and tasks and will foster independence and a high level of self-discipline. There will be a requirement for the candidate to travel to Karratha regularly to immerse yourself in the office culture, connect with clients, and conduct property visits. Flights and accommodation are covered by the business.

Ideally, the successful candidates will: have a current drivers license. Be self-motivated and have a high level of energy. Possess strong computer and software literacy. Have the ability to work autonomously but primarily be a ‘team player’ and show great initiative. Have well-developed organisation and communication skills. Have the ability to work under pressure. Be meticulous and thorough. Hold a current Property Management Registration.
