Butcher: Retail or Wholesale, Cow Head Clover Farm. Location: Cow Head, NL. Salary: 15.65 to 16.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 to 60 hours per week. Full time. Responsibilities: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Grind meats. Prepare special orders.
