Handy Person, Hays, Facilities Management. Parramatta, Sydney NSW. Maintenance & Handyperson Services (Trades & Services). Full time. Company Vehicle + Phone Overtime. Experienced Handypersons are required for permanent and temporary vacancies right across Sydney.

Your new company: Hays is currently representing several companies across Sydney to recruit experienced Handypersons and Maintenance Officers across Sydney Metro.

Your new role: This position requires you to carry out all-round general commercial maintenance where you will be responsible for replacing lamps, painting / patching, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, furniture repairs, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed: You will have previous building maintenance experience, ability to use hand tools and power tools, good customer service skills, clear criminal history and basic computer skills.

What you'll get in return these roles will be based in a grade commercial sites in and around Sydney's CBD, in a clean working environment, where you will have the potential to go permanent.

We have various positions from single site, on the road and also shift positions. The money on offer will depend on experience and requirements of the role. Normal Monday to Friday Handy Person role will range from $70,000 to $80,000 + super and shift will be $105,000 + super.
