Personal Assistant, Administrator, George, Eden, Company Name: MCMCO cc. MCM's Administrative Office in George, Western Cape needs a Personal Assistant for the CEO. Tasks will be all administrative functions as required such as Budgets/ Expense Summaries/ Sage Accounting/ Spreadsheet Development/ Marketing Campaigns/ Social Media/ Brochure Developments/ International Trading etc.
Minimum Requirements: Matric. At least 10 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant. Fluent in English and Afrikaans (speaking & writing). Valid driver’s license & own transport. In depth knowledge of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Sage Accounting, Photoshop, CRM & Internet and Electronic Data, Social Media. Excellent typing skills.
An eye for detail. Strong organizational, co-ordination and administrative skills. Proactive nature and ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
