Accounts administrator wanted, Mitchell's Plain, Cape Flats. Business owner requires a Full Time Administrator / Assistant. responsible for but not limited to the following duties: Retail Accounts administration. Staff and payroll administration. Tenant administration (correspondence & processing ). General office administration. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager / Director.
Requirements: Must have minimum 8 years experience in office administration. Proficient in SAGE. Proficient in microsoft Excel, word, Outlook and powerpoint. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must have own transport. Must have good knowledge of systems (SPAR SIGMA advantageous). No criminal record and no bad credit record ( vetting will be done)
Remuneration: R12,000 per month. Office hours are 8:30am to 5pm - 5 days a week 6 month fixed term contract - thereafter permanent contract will be given subject to performance with increased salary rates.
