About The Team: The Australian offices of La Marzocco are celebrating our 10-year anniversary in 2024 and we are proud to continue to support the hospitality industry nationwide with our range of commercial equipment and the expertise of our staff, alongside a strong domestic market helping to “Bring the Café Home”. With Victoria being the location of our national head office and with a thriving branch in Sydney, we also work closely with our technical service team at Brewtech and La Marzocco New Zealand.

Purpose of Role: This role is based on site in Abbotsford, Melbourne and by delivering world class aftersales support and customer service to our home market, you will support our reputation in Australia as a global leader in the manufacturer of espresso equipment.

Key Responsibilities: La Marzocco Aftersales Support. Provide coordinate and document Home. Aftersales phone and in person support to home customers and technical partners. Provide home product education to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with the Home team including. Sales, Bench Testing & Customer Experience Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Collaborate with technical partners & service locational Home customer equipment under warranty where needed. Provide specialist technical advice and product specifications or information to other departments as required or requested.

Your Skills and Experience: High level of empathy and experience in customer interactions. Sound understanding of espresso extraction and coffee-making techniques and technologies. Preferred 2 years + technical understanding of La Marzocco or other home and commercial equipment. Preferred 2 years + experience in an aftersales or troubleshooting role. Proven time management skills. Strong computer literacy skills. Excellent written and verbal online communication skills. Ability to think strategically. Ability to collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders. Clean drivers license.
