Contractor. We are looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Officer to join our dynamic maintenance team at OLC Care (residential aged care homes). This role may require travel between our Sydney metro homes.

Key Criteria: Trade or handyman background with general repairs and garden maintenance experiences and skills. Ability to determine when qualified trade person is required. Ability to maintain preventative maintenance program. Good understanding of manual handling and WHS. Sound organisation and time management skills. Team player & good work ethics. Ability to work effectively and independently. Experience in residential aged care setting is a plus. Good customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated good oral and written English skills. Digital literacy skills such as using mobile devices and web applications are preferable. A current Check is required.
