Contract extensions are available. Our client URGENTLY requires a Warehouse Manager—Defense Stores for a 9-month + Defense Contracts in Canberra. The Warehouse Manager will be required to establish, maintain and implement business processes for the full-time management of a defense Stores area.

Skills and Experience required include: Certification in Dangerous goods handling. Experience in asset and inventory management; storage, stocktaking, loans, maintaining asset registers, and assisting with stock/asset rotations and maintenance. Freight distribution; dispatch and delivery of Safehand, Unclassified (routine), and Dangerous Goods. Disposal support. Hazardous material management: Assist the HAZCHEM Safety Advisor (HCSA) with the monitoring and management of any potential hazardous materials (maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) registers). Rules.

Interpret, implement and maintain Work Health Safety policy and legislation requirements. Must have current (minimum) NV1 security clearance. Top $'s Paid. Contract extensions are available.
