Procurement Officer, Construction Industry, Region: Riyadh

Oversee procurement activities for construction projects, including sourcing materials, equipment, and services. Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals and ensure timely delivery. Manage and monitor supply chain operations to maintain inventory levels and reduce costs. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment with procurement strategies. Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents. Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements: Must be available to join immediately. Proven experience in procurement within the construction and commercial industries. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in procurement software and tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
