Role Description: Ready to make our reception area shine? Esteem Dental Care is on the hunt for a passionate dental receptionist with the confidence to match our smiles!

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring admin and the patient journey are seamless. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patients. You will work closely with our dental team to support our patients' needs and the team's vision.

Skills We’re Seeking: Willingness to provide the 'wow factor' to patients. A people person with the "gift of the grab". A Superstar on the phone with excellent communication skills. Manage and Coordinate the front desk. Dental background with good knowledge of equipment, protocols and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Good time management skills by prioritizing key tasks to support efficient clinic operations. Reliable and punctual. Providing a good understanding and practice of documentation, filing, and information systems, dental records, and record management processes. Manage patient appointments, organize scheduling, and follow-ups. Maintain patient records, process payments, and manage insurance claims. Exceptional standard of care, including patient management, ensuring a positive experience
